My magazine represents ordinary, middle class people. The social group is represented in the magazine genre itself, generally upper class people would not listen to rap music.
Most people like to read and look at things that they can relate to which is why I decided to dress the model in affordable high street clothing and to look like a normal person you would see walking the street. I also chose and urban location which you wouldn't see an upper class person in. Upper class people probably look at graffiti in disgust so would not like a magazine which is showing it in their images.
When doing my research I found that Vibe magazine has a similar approach to images, content, genre and mode of address as my magazine.
